BLAZE Split With Drummer

Britain's BLAZE, the band led by former IRON MAIDEN/WOLFSBANE frontman Blaze Bayley, have parted ways with drummer Jeff Singer. The group have already invited several candidates to audition for the position and will make their next live appearance as the headliners of Total Fest 5 Festival at the Kings Head, Fulham, London on Saturday, Jan. 18.

Back in June, Singer — who is said to have left the band on amicable terms — took a brief break from the group's summer European tour with OVERKILL to tend to his ailing brother. He was temporarily replaced at the dates by DORO/BRITNY FOX drummer Johnny Dee.
